I don't see why it wouldn't work. HDCP over HDMI is only enforced if the
*source media* (e.g. Bluray/HD-DVD disc) wants it to be enforced. In
this case, the "source media" is MythTV, which never asks for HDCP to be
enforced.
So I can't see why you would not be able to connect Myth to the HDMI
input, and the HDMI output to your TV. Of course, IANAL, and these days
it seems you need to be, to able to predict how such things are going to
work :-)
