Not sure where you live but around here (Wyoming) I do not see the units
mentioned on any speed limit signs.

Of course on the interstates the official limit is 75, and I've never
heard of anyone being bothered for 85 or 90.

I was down in Colorado the other day, doing about 82 MPH and got passed
as if I was standing still - by a school bus.
