I've tried following the instructions on
http://qt3-mac.darwinports.com/titled "qt3-mac version
3.3.8 for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard" but I get the same error....
"This version of Mac OS X is unsupported"
... so unless I'm doing something wrong, then that is useless.

Do you have a link to the "patch" you mentioned?
