You're probably using the wrong frequency table. This is in mythtv- 
setup. Choices are us-cable, us-bcast, us-cable-hrc, japan-bcast,  
japan-cable, europe-west, europe-east, italy, newzealand, australia,  
ireland, france, china-bcast, southafrica, argentina, australia-optus.  
I'm not sure which one is correct for you.
