Is there any way to request #3486 be put into a planned release?  It
has (at least) two tangentially related patches attached, one to
change the ivtv-out API and another to slowly resume from pause.  The
second seems applied to trunk, but not the first, which is pointless
since it won't work at all with a modern ivtv without the first.....
