Solved it.
Here's what I did:
1. Used mysql to clear the contents of the program table and channel
table
2. Ran MythTV Setup again to reload the channels from SD
3. Ran Mythfilldatbase after completing the setup (as prompted)
I sees my shows!

Subject: [mythtv-users] MFDB Issue
I'm trying to change from LineupA to LineupB and MFDB doesn't grab the new
schedule from SD.
I originally started with using the Broadcast schedule and some rabbit ears
as I set up the box and tested it.
Now I'm ready to move it to my Comcast cable and start recording shows.
I have tried using "mythfilldatabase --remove-new-channels --refresh-all",
but that didn't help.
I tried looking at the options at
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Mythfilldatabase
And didn't see anything that applied.
Suggestions?
