For those using InnoDB instead of MyISAM:

Do schema upgrades still complete correctly?  Are there any other
recommended changes to MySQL's configuration (e.g., memory) that
might be relevant or recommended?  In sort, what might be the
downsides of doing such a conversion, if any?
