Jarod is doing real work by maintaining parts in fixes, I'm trying to
take the load off from Jarod and friends to cast this work into
tarballs. I'm doing this work anyway for the ATrpms packages, so doing
it one hierarchy higher will benefit more people (Ubuntu, Mandriva,
self-compile users etc.)

Yup, Jarod and I work very nicely together, and the Ubuntu people are
also nice and with some I'm already working together on infrastructure
level (hosting Ubuntu bits on ATrpms' servers, don't tell anyone
fanatic and he comes after me! :)
