[mythtv-users] Mplayer doesn't get keyboard focus

I've been scratching my head over this one for a while.  On one of my
frontends, when mplayer is launched by MythVideo, it doesn't get
keyboard focus.  This is true whether MythTV is running fullscreen or in
a window.  In fullscreen mode, there's an additional problem -- the
mplayer window pops up *behind* the MythTV window.  The internal video
player works just fine.

The system is running OpenSuSE 10.2 with KDE.  (It's a desktop machine
as well as a frontend.)  This almost seems like a window manager issue,
but I'm not sure how to fix it.
