[mythtv-users] mythphone _ZN28EST_DiscreteProbDistribution5clearEv undefined

Recently I've been getting the following error in my logs which is
preventing mythfrontend from exiting.  This occurs on a machine running
Feisty and another running Gutsy.


/usr/lib/libestools.so.1.2: undefined symbol:
_ZN28EST_DiscreteProbDistribution5clearEv
/usr/lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythphone.so could not be unloaded

Any ideas?
