If they can output signal that your TV can read, then you can also  
capture the signal using a TV->PC device such as a capture card. The  
only remaining problem is to change the channels for the outputs. If  
there's an IR input for changing the channels, you can connect an IR  
blaster to do this. If it's RF, I don't know how it would work.
