Using Custom Record.  Use the template "Only shows marked as HDTV"
("program.hdtv > 0") or "Only channels from a specific video source"
("channel.sourceid = 2" or as appropriate).  Assuming your 2nd and 3rd
source are both HDTV, you can modify the video source template to
"channel.sourceid IN (2,3)".  (These templates may have been added after
0.20, but you can just type in the appropriate clause in the editor.)
