This should work - I frequently do it to lose the last minute or two
of adverts on commercial channels. You can check what is actually
scheduled to record and their timings with:
# mythbackend --printsched
You can also obviously use the Upcoming Recordings list in
mythfrontend. I'm not sure whether start early/finish late is handled
correctly on this screen in all versions of MythTV.
