Kinda interesting.  But totally within their rights, if they don't
want someone making money selling hardware that relies on their data
(at least without seeing a few $$ them selfs), they had every right to
pull the plug.

If that's the case...  It would be pretty crazy to think this deal
will stop that from happening.

Would it mean that maybe this deal would make that OK?  if
schedulesdirect.org handles the data, TMS doesn't care anymore?
