Of course it is--he's demanding that someone else does the maintenance
(writing and maintaining the screen scraping/data conversion/whatever
app).  And he's hiding behind the "lack of skills" excuse--which is
really just saying, "I'm unwilling to spend the time to learn the skills
required because it's easier to let someone else spend hundreds or
thousands of hours of his life to save me a couple bucks per month".

I'm definitely not interested and my only hostility stems from a
person's belief that his time is more valuable than other people's time.
