Not sure if that is a parallel port cable or not. All I see is a cable with a 
header connector on one end and a DB-25 of unknown gender on the other. I 
*think* it looks like a male DB-25, which would likely make it an RS-232 
serial port perhaps.

Could be a parallel port (if it's a female connector), or a serial port (or 
two), or "something entirely different".

Not sure what the back panel connector is.

The standoffs/spacers in the bag sure look longer than is normal for an ATX 
case/mobo.
