[mythtv-users] Fade to Black Stuttering

Has anyone come across a problem with mythtv which causes playback to
stutter and slow down when black scenes appear on the frontend? Its
annoying for shows which often fade to black between scenes!

I've had a problem with my xbox-based mythfrontend for a few months
now and i've never really got to the bottom of what is causing it.
