[mythtv-users] Current Video Card Recommendations

So, I'm rebuilding a new PC (old motherboard just died) and I just
realized that I'm going to have to get a PCI-E graphics card instead
of re-using my AGP 5200.  The 5200 has been great so far... but it's
been around a while and I'm sure it's a declining technology with a
limited lifespan left.

So, what should I get at this point?

- Needs to be quiet, no fan
- Best feature set possible
- Future proof as much as possible (what new features are coming down
the pipe for linux Nividia/Myth)
- PCI-E 16
- Affordable
