[mythtv-users] Manually inserting program data

Hi,

AS some on this group have already reported there is currently a problem 
with the website that provides the data for UK TV listings. If it is not 
fixed before the data runs out in roughly a week is there a manual way 
to enter the programs I want recorded into the mythtv database? OK, I 
know there is but what I'm looking for is the database format.

So can anyone tell me the SQL I need to add say

Prison Break Mon 9th April 07 (name=Channel 5,channum = 5, callsign= 
FFive) 10pm for 1 hour
