The best approach is to create one lineup on DataDirect for the analog
channels and one lineup for the digital channels. There actually /is/
different data in the HDTV and analog channels you select from
DataDirect (i.e. you'll never see the "HDTV" flag in an analog channel,
but on an HDTV channel, it will indicate which programs are broadcast in
HDTV rather than up-scaled SDTV). So, it's worthwhile to have separate
video sources (and to do separate downloads).
If you were trying to be "nice" to DataDirect and conserve some of their
bandwidth, thank you for the thought, but to make things work properly,
you'll have to create 2 video sources (which means you'll have to
download 2x.) Having separate lineups for the different channels you
get on different sources (even if you have duplicate channels in them)
is not an abuse of DataDirect.
