[mythtv-users] lirc

Both methods confirm that lirc is compiled in. There are no errors on
start-up. I think that for some reason lircrc is just not found. I don't
know if it means anything but strace shows no attempt to read that file.
The only lines about lirc are: 

open("/usr/local/lib/liblirc_client.so.0", O_RDONLY) = 3
read(3, "\177ELF\1\1\1\0\0\0\0\0\0\0\0\0\3\0\3\0\1\0\0\0`\r\0\000"..., 512) = 512
