Disable EIT.. For now EIT is incompatible with auto-shutdown.
The plan is to track when we've collected up to date EIT and
then discontinuing the crawl with a wakeup timer set for
a day later if there are no recordings scheduled. But the
EIT rewrite is still a work in progress.
