[mythtv-users] Upgrading from FC3 Myth 0.19 to FC4/5 Myth latest

I was helping something with a fc3->fc5 upgrade last night that went sour.
So my suggestion is don't upgrade, do a clean install.  Others had told me
the proper way to upgrade is fc3->fc4->fc5, but I would still go for the
clean install as you suggested below.
