[mythtv-users] Can I change the DVD rip settings?

I can't figure out how I can change the bitrate and
other settings when I rip DVDs. The only thing I can
see is to modify dbcheck.cpp and recompile the plugin,
which is not what I want to do, if I can avoid it. Can
this be done?
