Nick,

Looks like it was a bad SIMM. I'll hold final verdict until it stays up
for a few weeks straight, but there definitely was a bad SIMM. I had to
drop my RAM from 1 GB to 768 MB, but since I use PVR350/250 combo that
should be plenty.
