My HDTV doesn't have HDCP either.

HD Format Support  1080p24, 1080p25, 1080i50, 1080i59.94, 720p30,
720p59.94, 720p60
Installation  PCI Express 1 lane, compatible with 1,4,8,16 lane PCI
Express slots.
Intensity is due October 15th.

Doesn't mention hardware encoding, so it looks like a good CPU will be
needed if it is to be used for Myth.
