Debian stable mythtv 0.19
Using the newer method of downloading
	minnie.tuhs.org/tivo-bin/xmlguide.pl

Loading 7 days for the ACT I get the errors listed below.

removing existing program: act.abc.gov.au Crack-Up 2006-09-13T04:30:00 - 2006-09-13T06:00:00
inserting new program : act.abc.gov.au Crack-Up Wed Sep 13 04:30:00 2006 - Wed Sep 13 06:00:00 2006

removing existing program: act.abc.gov.au The Ghost Ship 2006-09-14T02:15:00 - 2006-09-14T03:25:00
inserting new program : act.abc.gov.au The Ghost Ship Thu Sep 14 02:15:00 2006 - Thu Sep 14 03:25:00 2006
...

We see a different timestamp (but identical values) on each line (which may be
just a stupid myth formatting). The error repeats even if I load the same data
again, suggesting the remove/insert did not fix the problem or did not happen.

Examining the xml file shows that the program exists only once, so this
looks like some myth problem since the two dates have identical value.

Anyone can shed light on this?
