[mythtv-users] frontend always look for mixer - master control?

For mixer control, It looks like that the frontend hardcoded in a way
that it always look for the control called Master and possibiliy PCM too.

However I am managed to get an audio device without "Master" control.
Any way to fix that?...Actually I am asking was that planned to be fixed?
Or it should be considered as ALSA bug?
