Unfortunately this is normal operation. There is a push to fix this in 
0.20 but its not there yet. The scheduler will properly schedule 
programs from both inputs but the browse mode is broken. Its complicated 
by the fact that you will lose those channels if the box starts to 
record while you are browsing. Much easier to just show the channels for 
the input your watching. To switch, simply open PIP and swap channels 
then close PIP and you can browse the other channels.
