Yes, mtd in 0.20 is largely the same as it is in 0.19-fixes, and still has
this issue.

It isn't reliable. I've got a few changes locally that I'll throw in post
0.20 (basically allow bad sectors), but 0.20 will still expect somewhat
ideal DVDs.
