[mythtv-users] Using media stored on multiple drives without LVM?

I have some AVIs from my cam corder, but they playback is terrible in myth.
Ver jerky and looks like dropped frames.  We have a decent cam corder and
they looked ok on my PC and on DVDs I make, but not in myth.  Any ideas on
how to get better playback?
