I guess you're right. As far as I can tell from the source, myth
doesn't extract the vbi data from the stream when the decoder is used.
Ivtv only supports vbi passthrough to the decoder for cc, widescreen
and vps data, so it's not possible to use the tv's teletext decoder
either.
