Hi,

Running 0.20 11607 on Gentoo 32 bit I am using dvb-t and dvb-s (with
ci, cam, and subscriber card) cards, my main channels get programme
guide data from xml grabber, but there are some channels for which
there is no xml guide data available, so I have switched on EIT, if I
tune to a channel for a few seconds myth picks up programme guide from
EIT, but it does not do this in the background when idle, although
femon shows that both cards have lock:

Card 1: AVerMedia AverTV DVB-T 777 PCI:

FE: Zarlink MT352 DVB-T (DVBT)
status SCVYL | signal 60ef | snr ebeb | ber 00000000 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status SCVYL | signal 615f | snr ebeb | ber 00000000 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status SCVYL | signal 62cf | snr eaea | ber 00000000 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status SCVYL | signal 630f | snr ecec | ber 00000000 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK

Card 2: Technotrend TT-budget S-1500 PCI:

FE: ST STV0299 DVB-S (DVBS)
status SCVYL | signal b03e | snr c4a1 | ber 00000000 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status SCVYL | signal aef8 | snr c498 | ber 00000000 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status SCVYL | signal aef2 | snr c3ff | ber 00000000 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK
status SCVYL | signal adcc | snr c498 | ber 00000000 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK

I have one source for dvb-t and one for dvb-s, with one card connected to each.

Shouldnt myth go through all the available multiplexes and channels
and grab the EIT from each of them?

Andy
