You need to have auto-transcode on for both the scheduled recording and
for the recording profile that is being used in order for an
auto-transcode to actually happen. The first controls whether
transcodes happen for that schedule, the second controls whether they
happen for that source (ie, you might not want to auto-transcode
Lost if it recorded off of your cheapo bttv card, but you do want to
when it records off of your ATSC HD card).
