[mythtv-users] Channel Scanner Adds Channels - But Name Does Not Change From 'Adding Channel X'

I upgraded my cable subscription and ran 'Channel Scanner' to add the
channels. While it did detect the new channels, it also identified
three I already had. Now, those channels (FX, ABC, and some local
channel) are listed as 'Adding Channel 7', 'Adding Channel 16,' etc.
and they cannot be tuned.

If I look in the database, the freqid's are way off. For example, what
should be '7' is '67250'. However, when I tried to record something
this evening on one of those channels, the recording failed.

Any ideas on what I should do to fix this? Can I just update the
freqid to what I think it should be? While this might work, I'm
wondering what might have caused the issue in the first place.
