Depends on what you did when you originally configured the machine.  
What it is saying that if you plan to use remote machines, you *cannot* 
use 127.0.0.1 as your IP address because that fails on non-local 
computers to find the backend.  You must configure it for an IP address 
on both the backend, and then on the frontend as the IP address to 
connect to.

Of course, there are other things as well to consider (database 
permissions, etc) when changing your hostname/IP address.  You might 
want to refer to this as well:
