[mythtv-users] Athlon xp 2000+ enough for HD backend server?

That requirement would be for the frontend not the backend (assuming
separate machines, as he described).  It takes a lot of CPU to decode
(read: play) the HD stream, but not to "record" it or if I'm not
mistaken even to stream the data.
