Those look like half-height PCI I/O slots. As long as you used it as
a dedicated frontend with a fully integrated motherboard (like the
Nvidia 6150-based options) you would be fine (no PCI cards).
Alternatively, you can hunt down a few video cards as well as a
PVR-150 that come in the half-height flavors; it just limits your
future options quite a bit.
IMHO, the LC-11 is a 'better' option because it at least allows full
height PCI cards.
This is all based on assumption just from looking at the pics,
otherwise, if it's full height, looks like a decent enough case.
