So I did a few more tests.  This time, I tried 3 different Nvidia drivers.
 Two 8x including the latest, and one 7x.  All three had the same results
with XvMC.  1080i signals had a slight audio stuttering, and showed
reduced CPU as they should.  720p stuttered constantly on both audio and
video.  Xine continues to work great, but Myth .20 doesn't.  I may bite
the bullet and do an FC5 install to see if that works as well.
