I'm getting the following error in my web server error_log:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Database' not found in /usr/share/mythweb/includes/init.php on line 127

Not sure why though.  I'm really quite ignorant about PHP and not sure
how to fix it.  Any ideas?
