[mythtv-users] dish322 and lircd.conf for myth

Yea, there's several things wrong with that lircd.conf.  Try this
instead (remember to correctly set the post_data field for your
correct device ID.  You "may" have to tune the timing slightly for
your CPU speed and such (if your using a serial transmitter).  I've
been meaning to submit this into lirc for quite some time.
