[mythtv-users] Xbox frontend and 0.20

I had the same issue.  Had to upgrade libmyth-20 manually and remove
libmyth-19.  So my upgrade process was:

apt-get update
apt-get install mythtv-frontend
apt-get remove libmyth-19
apt-get install libmyth-20

I also then upgraded mythdvd mythweather, and mythvideo.  However, now I
experience an odd issue.

1) Whenever I go into a menu, say "Media Library", it seems to hit "Enter,
Down, Enter" and puts me into the Video listings screen.
2) I can then exit back one, and it takes me back to the previous menu
highlighting the second option down.
3) Pressing up to get back to the first option oddly takes me to the last
option
4) After that, it works fine.

It seems the first time I go into any submenu after booting up it does
this for each submenu, then never does it again until I reboot.
