[mythtv-users] mythbackend: undefined symbol: issue

Hi all, I have followed Jarrod's guide and created a basic FC5 system
using a PVR150 (e.g. watching live TV/recording a couple of terrestrial
channels in the UK). 
All seems to have been well for about 36hours, unfortunately the backend
is now crashing after a minute or so with the following -

I have googled but found nothing, any ideas?
