[mythtv-users] xbmcmythtv causes 0.20-02 backend to crash.

Hi All,

I've noted an issue since upgrading to debian versions 0.20-01 & 0.20-02.  On 
connection of the xbmcmythtv frontend the backend will crash with the 
following...
2006-10-07 09:23:57.223 MainServer::HandleAnnounce Playback
2006-10-07 09:23:57.257 adding: "IP Address" as a client (events: 0)
2006-10-07 09:24:02.344 MainServer: HandleRemoteEncoder(cmd GET_STATE) Unknown 
encoder: 3, exiting

Posted to the xbmcmythtv forum a week ago without reply, so it appears to some 
form of anomaly, perhaps related to region specifics such as PAL etc; as it 
is working for most...

I've posted here, as it seems preferable that the backend can not be crashed 
at all; perhaps we could use a handler here?
