[mythtv-users] LIRC problem

I wrote about this a while ago but only got one response which,
unfortunately, didn't help.  When I am in the "Recorded Programs" menu,
every button press on my remote gets repeated.  I am using a newer
hauppauge gray remote.  I have tried using two different remote
receivers with different lirc drivers (one is serial, one is usb).  I
have tried lircd.conf files that I created myself (with both raw and RC5
codes) and lircd.conf files from myth and from lirc.  In my lircrc file,
I have tried setting repeat to zero (ignore repeated button presses) and
anything else up to ten.  I have also tried putting in a "delay" option.
 In other menus, everything is fine.  I can tell by the behavior that it
is honoring the delay and repeat options.  But in the "Recorded
Programs" menu, it appears to be ignoring these options.  I tried
looking through the source code a bit to see if I could find where myth
knows what to read from the lircrc file, but I can't find anything.  Any
help would be greatly appreciated.  As it is, it is very difficult to
select the show I want to watch.
