[mythtv-users] backend crash - how to diagnose?

The atrpms packages are build w/o the debug parameter, but have debug
sysmbols just the same. Only that before packageing these are stripped
into debuginfo packages that don't get published.

E.g. effectively from a user's POV these packages don't have debug
symbols, but if need be I could shove them onto some URL. Since
rebuilding mythtv packages is so easy and any fix would imply doing so
anyway I tend to recommend doing that instead.
