If the protocol version changes that would make a mythtv-0.20 backend
for distro A incompatible with a "0.20" mythtv frontend for distro B,
isn't that a good justification for having a 0.20.1 release?

I appreciate the -fixes branches, but it's slightly deceptive since
some binary packages are updated regularly from the -fixes branch, and
others questionably so (or potentially not at all).
