Hi All,
A very off topic question, but i figured it would be a good place to ask
the question:

What would be a good book to learn c++?

If people could recommend books that they've learnt from i'd really
appreciate it...
Any input very much appreciated.
Oh or if there are websites people could recommend, i'm more than happy to
hold onto my money! ;-)
