Hmmm, did you get the DMA error messages mentioned on the ivtv site:

    http://www.ivtvdriver.org/index.php/DMA

'cause I do *not* see those in my logs.

And the problem didn't exist prior to around Nov 1st which is when I
updated my FC5 system and pulled in ivtv 0.80.
