[mythtv-users] modelines and NVIDIA binary driver

I'm using DVI -> HDMI, that could be why.  Looks like I need to figure out a
way for it to work with the ModeLine, at the moment when I change the
ModeLine parameters it's completelt ignored.
I'd really like to get a working 1920x1080i ModeLine with no overscan.
